Could be tie rods or bad strut... But if u saic the car is new... I dunno

 

take it to the dealership. reading random stabs at the problem on the internet isn't going to fix your car. since you're decently close, i'd recommend south coast mits. rigo or anyone in their service dept. will definitely help you out.

I don't hear any clunking in the vid. All I hear is wind noise.
