weeping diff question

It seems that my read diff is weeping a bit as it has some gear oil on the surface, but it's not dripping. I suppose it could be the axle seal leaking a bit, where it meets the diff. My question is whether this is in any normal, or is the Evo X known for this slight weeping from the diff or axle seal (or is one more prevalent then the other). It does not seem to whine though it only lives on the track so it's a little hard to tell.

Ultimately I'm trying to determine how severe (if at all) a problem I might be having. Thanks

It's pretty common for the AYC hydraulic lines running into the rear differential to seep a bit, snug them down a bit, clean the case, and see if that fixes your issue.

I'll have a look though it seems to be more oily seeming then hydraulic fluid. The bottle in the trunk is not low.
