I need some opinions to help a clutch decision
Here is a little back ground info...
Last summer my build was completed and the car put down 525hp/471tq on E85. The was done with a Spec Twin Disc that was installed prior to the build, but I replaced it a month and a half ago after a failure happened out of no where. I decided to get the Exedy twin disc this time but I made a miscalculation, and didn't get enough clutch for my current setup(let alone what is to come in the future).
I am about to start a two week leave period and decided to go ahead and do clutch job number 3 on the car (fun stuff ehh?). I am having a hard time trying to figure out which clutch to go with...
Exedy Triple Disc
pros-pull style, should be light like the twin (not as light though)
cons-cost
ACT clutch
pros-pull style, might be a light assembly with a single disc, cost
cons-possible lock outs, only know of Murlo being a higher hp build on this clutch
Spec Twin (again)
pros-handled the power well, high tq rating, cost
cons-could possibly fail again, not really interested in a push conversion in case of bearing failure
I am trying to have this be the end all for clutch jobs for a long time because quite frankly, 3 in a year is enough for me
. Any input would be great, and if you have another recommendation feel free to mention it. Please keep in mind that I am going to be doing a black or possibly full T3 kit in the next few months, so a higher torque rating is going to really be needed.

the act 6 puck holds 651ft/tq. http://www2.advancedclutch.com/produ...d_id=6466#6466
I have the Streetlite fly wheel as well. I love it and should serve you for a while with that power you have. Also not near as costly as the Exedy twin.

Exedy Twin is my fave out of the semi affordable ones out there. yes more than a single plate with flywheel but smooth, great holding power and quality is very good! No issues ever with that choice.

unfortunately the exedy twin isnt enough for me at this present time...
I just ordered an ETS 6262 kit, so we shall see what happens on pump (the torque should be a lot more bearable for the clutch) for a little while until I get bigger injectors for the E85 tune.
