Need new clutch but what about flywheel?

I've got an 08 GSR X with about 14k miles on it. When I first got it I really beat on the clutch with about a dozen or so hard launches and now the clutch definitely needs replacing. The slipping started around 11k miles and ever since then it's gotten progressively worse although I practically drive like an old lady since it started slipping. Obviously the clutch needs replacing but how do I know if the flywheel needs replacing without inspecting it? Is it customary to change the flywheel along with the clutch to save on labor cost? Typically, how long will a flywheel last compared to the clutch? Thanks in advance.

Have the stock flywheel resurfaced. It was not worth it to me to get a new flywheel cause ours are relatively light.
