From my broken japanese looks like its a

clutch master <something> part

cylinder <something> stay...


so basically something to do with the clutch, maybe to keep the shifter held? LOL

Looks like some reinforcement plate or something for the stock clutch master cylinder.

Magnus and SSP already make solutions...check there instead.
