That sucks. It seems like it is hit or miss with their products.

I have the full turbo back dual exit exhaust from T1R. The high flow cat broke completely in half within 6 months. Right on the weld and obviously a manufacturing issue. They didnt offer me any free replacements but offered their test pipe at full price. Epic fail! I went out and bought a hfc from speedcircuit that is much better quality and has been perfect. When I have extra money to toss around I'm having the full exhaust taken out and getting something better.

can i just mention they don't have titanium tips? those "ti burn" tips are not real titanium, and would not come back if you polish it off.

with reports of early megans rusting on early products, it's not like they're that much better, although they wised up and switched to stainless steel quickly.

plus sound wise, the 76S can't be beat. i've had magnaflow, injen, and heard megan duals...nothing comes close.

Yeah, I agree, it does 76S sounds pretty awesome. The version 2 76S changed to SS since their Ti tips were too thin and were subject to warping and looked teardrop shape after time. If you take a magnet to the exhaust, it will not stick which at least means that it contains the better stuff. So far no rusting even on the flanges After hearing a few stories, I do agree that their hfc seems to haw some major QC issues. If you drive an Evo, I say run a TP

I've been running the 76 Sparrow for almost two years in the harshest winter conditions and I haven't had a single issue. Awesome exhaust! I feel for those who bought the HFC. Should of went with a TP anyways

On another note I've noticed my STOCK DP cracked over this winter. Brutal! OEM is junk. I'm going to see if they'll warranty it but I highly doubt it due to a modified exhaust system. The smell is straight up Nasty!
