hello i just got a use tranny after pins blowing my stock one, would like to know if any one running the upgrade pins from sheptrans, bucsher, TRE or other shop with no probrem and for how long with out the jacktrans process..(just dont have the money to send it there now Broke'. need to do mine before installing the tranny and dont know which way to go. Will love to avoid shipping process, already have 1 month with out my car can wait to get it back . Already call some local shop in NJ need advise with that shops too? thank>

i have read many reports of the pins going down. i dont know anything about sheps. but i think busher was the fist to start fixing this. u can mail it to them.i dont think it is much more than 100 dollars. 500 for the work. and they will ship it back. give them a call. im going there in the next 6 months. i have 21000 on my 08 and i have stoped driving mine tell the diff pins are replaced. sorry to here yours went down. i would spend the money to ship them the trany. just so u know the work is done right. good luck

 

most people ship it out to the big name shops you listed. If you don't have the funds now I suggest you wait another month.

Thank dude. Well yestarday i order the pins kit from shep after 20 min talking o him about this and i have a good evo shop doin the work for me in nj.... hopefully gone have my bbevo next week'
