I'm moving back to my country and I have evo x MR JDM
With these parts that I bring back from the US:
Arc intake, tomei uicp, hks legamax with center pipe, Custom IC RoadRace ultimracing dp.
I sold my URdownpipe and getting ams.
I also planning to get hamman pro boost controler.
Now the question is what other parts do you guys suggenst to invest
to make my car about 360whp.. I don't want to upgrade my turbo and clutch yet.

Ditch the Hallman and go with a 3port, AccessPort, upgraded pump, injectors, e85 and tune.

 

there will be no e85 in my country. Just pump its lucky if I can get 91 But i doubt it!!
What is the maximum whp I can get with the maximize parts (that you can suggest) without changing the turbo yet...

Sounds like you have enough to make 360. I have K&N, UICP and Forge BOV with tune makes 320whp. Its all in the tune. Good Luck
