anyone know how to or have any suggestion on how to mount a camera by the exhaust? the reason i'm asking is for some reason the car sounds a whole lot better while it's moving then just revving at idle. I have a Panasonic Lumix TS-3 if that helps.

haha i'm just not fond of the AF pt uniform though. Atleast the new pt gear is more comfy and less noisy

Not sure of a safe way to mount your camera.. think most people just stick on a small GoPro or similar camera.

Having watched/listened to probably hundreds of exhaust vids, I think the best ones just have a short start-up, idle and maybe a couple of revs.. then a drive-by or two (either place the camera somewhere safe or have someone hold it).. and then finished up with a deceleration coming to a stop. In-car at various speeds and RPMs are also helpful, but boring.

Anyway, looking forward to your clip
