Notchy/Grinding into 2nd and 3rd

Any one experience this? I am wondering if this is normal for a new evo or not. I have 400 miles on the clock and sometimes I get a notchy almost grinding sound when I try to shift into those gears. I have never experienced this before on a manual vehicle and this is with the clutch pedal pressed all the way down.

"normal" behavior... search, you'll find lots of info about this.

I personally have Redline MT-85 fluid, TWM shifter with base bushings, and It's still notchy...

A heavy extended shift knob will eliminate 98% of the grind.
