you might have blown the head gasket or lifted the head.....???
Could be piston ring land as well.
If there is oil on the spark plug, its one of 2 things: broken piston or head gasket failure

How much boost you running?
What AFR?
Pump E85, racegas???

No the noise is coming from the head, might be a bent valve or something? I've heard knocking before, and its much deeper than this.

(although it might be the cameras audio.)
