Whats wrong with my Evo X - with video

The smoke in the video is a leaking turbo oil feed pipe (oil hitting the hot exhaust) and not related to the sound.

I made a long journey the other day with an oil leak that I was unaware of till the next day, so I think oil starvation has caused something to fail or break, but what?

I haven't checked the chain yet, but usually it would throw a CEL for a stretched or broken chain.

Sounds like something is knocking, rod bearing would be my 1st guess.

oh man that doesn't sound healthy. Its hard to say without being there. Did your oil light come on? Had it ran really low it would of kicked on the oil light.

Just drive it around some more with oil leaking all over the place and the rod's about to sling out of the bottom end.

Not the brightest are you?

So everyone on the other forum tell you it maybe a spun bearing, rod, valve damage, yet you continue to fire up the car and post videos! For the sake of the car fix your oil leak and take it in for repairs. The engine is going to have to be torn apart to find out what's wrong.
