20-30 launches...you're lucky the dealer replaced it. That's abuse and yes it will destroy it.

20-30 launches is not healthy for the stocker lol
Im surprised you got that many launches out of it before toasting it or fusing it to the flywheel

You have just as many miles as I do, and I got my car a year earlier! I need to get out more. lol Just out of curiosity, were you at Penrose Plaza earlier today? I saw a white GSR leaving from there.

I haven't had any problems with my clutch, but I don't launch it, either.

I also took it to Vermont that was like 1000 miles, hit a crazy ice storm in Connecticut and lost control but the Evo but thankfully saved me, dont like the Yokos cause they will get you killed in snow and ice.

I dont have the Evo back yet theyre still waiting for the clutch i hope i can have it back w/ new clutch tomorrow or Friday. It's a good thing youre not driving it as much, you must have another car?? I plan to get a beater and let the Evo sit alot, matter of fact the ride i traded in for it the indestructable 98 Jeep Cherokee 4.0L!!! I had it practically rebuilt from the ground up miss it...
I daily drive mine, but my job is 4-5 miles away (depending on which way I go). You might want to get a set of winter tires for winter driving. I wouldn't mind getting a beater at some point. Just don't know which car I'd want.

The Evo is not some fragile super car, this car is meant to be driven daily.

Definitely from all the launches. You must have a cool Mitsu dealer. The ones in my city would have fought you on the clutch replacement.
