Guys, need help, LICP missing a clamp, possibly blown off

Ok, so I was outside and looking at my motor when I took a look at my LICP. I noticed that there is only one clamp on it and it appears that the other clamp has come off/not been put on.

The top half of the crappy stock hose is fraying apart (the black flexible hose that expands under pressure) I haven't noticed any issues and there is a clamp at the bottom of the hose that connects the metal pipe to the black flex pipe.

I've been driving like this since I've had it and haven't noticed any issues. Is this normal? Either way I'm going to the dealership and am going to get a replacement clamp to put on it. Just curious to if this is normal. I'll upload a picture(s) later when I get home.

Also, it looks like the top of the black flex hose is pretty frayed up, so will I have to replace it or should it be ok with just putting a clamp on it?

Again, there is one clamp on the hose and it feels like it's on there pretty solid. I visually checked it and stuck my hand down in there just to make sure. I have driven it pretty hard several times so far and haven't noticed any issues with it.

Also, for a mental picture, think the hose that actually hooks into the motor, that is the hose that is missing the clamp, but like I said, there is 1 clamp already on it. Thanks for the input

Temporarily I just replaced the clamp with another Mitsu factory clamp. It's fine now but in the long term I'm going to upgrade the IC piping anyways.
