Ultimate Racing Exhaust?

I've never heard of this brand before until recently when a fellow Evo driver offered to sell me his' for 350. What do you guys think? Is it worth it or should I get a name brand like Greddy?

Some will tell you stick to name brand.. But an exhaust, is an exhaust. Different brands will yield minimal gains between each-other, if any. The downpipe on the other hand..

I dunno if that's true. Maybe diameter tubing to diameter tubing, but i've seen a lot of exhaust systems that don't fit worth a dang and also have a tendency to crack at the welds.

Also most exhaust have chrome coated tips and will eventually we use stainless steel exhaust tips that will never rust and can be polished right up and looking new again.

Thanks,

Michael

UR Exhaust

I had The Ur exhaust on my Evo x....
Sounds like a beast , but it was too load for me so replaced it with a borla cat and exhaust.
Its nice if you like your Evo to sound loud.
I personally prefer the single exhaust over the double so i'd pick Greddy.

Regrads,

Out of personal preference I have to recommend the ETS V2. Had it on now for about 3-4 months. A little pricey granted, but well worth it so far!

I am running a UR exhaust it's not super loud as people state. UR is one of the better exhausts for the X, plus 350$ is a great price. If you can dish out bit more money deff go with ETS. I have friends that have ETS V2 extreme and and quite exhausts and i think UR is in the middle of those 2 sound wise. If you were gonna spend 900$ for an exhaust, i suggest get that one for 350$ and for rest of the money get ETS UICP, and Intake, just my o2.
