TWM get a whole kit, bushing everything. It is well worth it. Makes shifting very precised and dirrect.
I have it in my rally car and i love it!

I have a 6spd, but i do love my kartboy shifter and bushings, you dont sneeze and bam your in a random gear and they are very crisp, might almost be notchy though, depending on what your definition of notchy is

I went with torque solutions. the difference between it and stock is night and day. It's definitely worth doing.

There are a TON of short shifter kits in the market. Don't be fooled with all the hype and dont get sucked into paying too much either. It's just a shift lever for crying out loud.

Torque solutions and T1R makes a really good/affordable short shifter kit.

Short shifters don't bust synchros. Bad driving does though.

I've been using this exact kit I put together for about 57k miles now and my car still shifts just as nice as it the did I installed it all (better than brand new)!

What really is the difference between the Works and Torque solutions besides the price? Just curious and not knocking on either...just looking for some factual info

the short shifter is one of the best upgrades I have done. People who get any of the better known brands seam to love them.

They all do the same $hit. Just make sure you buy the ones made specifically for LHD as the post will angle towards the drivers side, giving you better access to the knob.
