I had the V2 Extreme exhaust and it was way too loud for me. It felt like my ears were gonna bleed.

Two weeks later and I drove down to ETS and swapped it out for the V2. Trust me and go with the V2.

It drones a lot and will drive you crazy on a long trip. The V2 is a perfect mix and sounds awesome!

How about ppl running single exit exhaust? How do you like them? What's the real reason for running a single exit exhaust ?

Single exit is definitely for weight savings. That's why it took us so long to actually release a dual exit Evo X exhaust - it (kinda) negated the weight savings. Our dual exit only weighs in at 11.9lbs, so really, it's saving weight over any other (full) exhaust out there. Our single exhaust is by far the lightest option for your car aside from a dump tube.

Speaking of weight savings, are you guys going to release a crash beam set on the x like you offer for the 8/9?

You are definitely not the first to ask this.
Possibly. We do have the ability to make a jig for them this winter if it becomes a viable option.

Be careful with lightweight crash beams on a street car. If you get in an accident and insurance notices that you've modified your federally mandated safety devices they could deny your claim. It's a risk you need to be aware of and willing to accept. They probably wouldn't, but it is a possibility, especially if they get in a legal battle with another insurance company over fault & coverage.
