Transmission/transfer case/acd FLUIDS
I'm doing the clutch and flywheel and like to know the specific fluids. Finding a lot of conflicting information perusing the forums. I have a 08 GSR driven in warm weather, and track maybe 1-2 times a year.
For the 5-speed transmission, Red Line 75W-80/85/90 (85 will probably be good for you) or Amsoil 75W-90 MTF.
Transfer case, Mitsubishi Diaqueen LSD gear oil, Red Line 75W-90 GL-5 Gear oil or Amsoil Severe Gear 75W-90.
Rear diff (differential part), same as transfer case.
Rear diff (torque transfer part): Mitsubishi SP III ATF or Amsoil Signature Series ATF.
There is an ACD pump that takes the same ATF spec fluids as the torque transfer part of the rear diff, but that only needs to be flushed/bleed when you replace the pump.
I personally Amsoil throughout the entire car and it's doing the job well.

Thank you I appreciate it. Probably going amsoil as well. Do I need to replace all of those fluids?? I thought it was just transfer case, tranny and acd. I don't need to bleed acd either???
