I ordered the same exact set up and opted for the bung to be on the downpipe.

Towards the end of the dowpipe. You want to make sure its not at a negative angle as well as it will collect moisture and foul out the sensor prematurely.

ETS has an option on their site when ording a down pipe to add an 02 bung, they will place it in the correct position for you.

Either in the lower section of the downpipe or in the beginning of the test/cat pipe (before any cat obviously). If you get it in the TP, go for a 12 o'clock position about 2 inches from the flange as there is plenty of room there.

The correct way is 2 bungs and sensors, one in each cylinder pair runner of your turbo manifold.

Sensors burn up too fast when put that close to the turbo. I prefer to put EGT sensors there, ideally one per runner. If you have a lean condition you can tell by the egts.

My friend's have always had good luck at the test pipe. I would think it would be easier to install too
