Looking for a good clutch replacement should i go with act-ME3 HDSS or go with lower end Competition stage 3 or 2?

No to ACT, and no reason to go above the Competition Stage 2 for anything that sees DD use. The Stage 2 HD setup has been proven to hold repeated 500+ WHP launches while still being capable of near-stock smoothness (but with a heavier pedal).

 

You may find the ACT a little harsh for daily driving. A customer of mine is already on his 3rd diff since going with it. I also vote for the Competition Clutch stage 2.
