Best operating psi for MHI turbo on E-85

Just bought an mhi . Curious to see what psi every one is running on E-85 . What is the point where the turbo becomes inefficient and I just blowing hot air. Tha car is NOT MY DD and only runs on E-85 I have full bolt on's . S1 cams, map tubalar manifold mhi turbo , I'd 1300's Walbro 450 e-85 pump, cobb v3, cobb bov . Stock bottom end. Would like to get another 10k out of bottom end it already has 60 k Thanks in advance for your input
