Cocktail in the transmission, and OEM fluids in the transfercase and rear diff. love it.. OEM oil filters suck BTW, buy the royal purple synthetics.

i never used anything but oem oils. never had a transmission problem. Only my 8 had some synrocros but that was basically for everyone i know. Doesnt matter what they used. Eraly 8's had some syncro problems after a while.

my ix was problem free so as my two X's so far.

I would stick with oem. Change it on time or if you track it after , you will never have a problem which is oil related.
