Map fuel filter kit

Map fuel filter kit
Ok so I had a plugged stock fuel filter so I put in a MAP fuel filter kit on(am goin e85 an soon anyways) and no instructions so a lil digging. I found how to do it but the problem is on the way home the end that goes to the rail blow off. Has anybody else had this happen to them?
