RPM fluctuating in 4th gear! PLZ HELP

Hey guys I have a 2011 RA (67000KM) that's acting really weird!!! In 4th gear the rpm fluctuates 100-200 up and down right around 2500 rpm.. even at a constant speed...

Ppl have been saying it's a clutch slipping but I don't believe that's the problem as it only does this 4th gear and a Lil in 6th gear at lower rpms. I've driven cars with a slipping clutch and this isn't the case.

Has anyone had any issues like this??? Or know of anything that will help. Sorry if this is a repost but I've been searching everyone online and have found very little. I have even brought it to the stealership. They charged me 175 for no resolution.

No vacuum or turbo Leak. They said.

Fuel pressure hose is tightly secure as well.

Tranny is acting fine. No clunking, knocking or loud noises.
Automatic shifts perfectly fine and can only notice the *fluctuation* in manual mode

I have a few mods but nothing has changed in the last 6months.. problem started 2 weeks ago.

Please any help would be greatly appreciated

My first thought would be the clutch, too. They typically slip at lower RPM and higher load. What happens if you are in fourth gear, low RPM and floor it?
Though it sounds like the dealership checked that already.

It'll pick up speed. Not fast... slow to medium speed until the turbo kicks in .. and doesn't not feel like it's slipping. I feel its more *jumpy* at around 2300 rpm as it bounces upm and down. It's feels like it's turbo is having troubles breathing but why only in 4th gear or a Lil in 6th..???
Although one time I was going on a short distance uphill (in 2nd gear) and I heard clunking like it was gonna stall and the traction control light went off as if I was slipping the tires.. bUT I wasn't.. I was driving slow babying it cuz I don't know what's wrong.

And yes they checked that. A younger kid ratbaged it saying how fast the car was. .. and said he couldn't feel the problem. I'm sure he was just enjoying the joy ride with 345whp and forgot about what he was looking for.

That is weird....

I'm trying to think what it could be, but some of these cars have computers integrated into the weirdest things.
Maybe your VSS is sending a whack signal to the ecu?

I'm not sure. I'm bringing the car to the mechanic again tmr. (Not the stealership) he said he was gonna check the throttle body. I will mention to him what you said to me and see if that'll help him out. Ughh so depressed.

I'm completely ignorant to the SST transmission, but I think that the 2/4/6 gears are being controlled by the same thing/component, right? Sounds like they may be failing/broken.
