Upgrading to a MHI 18k
What's up y'all. So I finally bit the bullet and ordered myself an MHI 18k. I have a few questions...
Current mods:
ETS Intake
ETS 3.5" Intercooler
ETS UICP, LICP
Stock BPV
ETS test pipe
ETS quiet catback
Cobb shorty down pipe
Grim speed EBC.
Tuned in 91 pump
I will be upgrading my Cobb down pipe into a ETS recirculating or open dump "can't decide".
What other mods will I need in order to run this stock frame turbo?
Will I need to order bigger injectors and a after market fuel pump? I'll be sticking to 91 since that all I have around me.
Also my tuner is about an hour away from me. Will it be safe to drive to him with my current tune after I install everything?

stock fuel pump is fine, get some 1000 cc injectors as you will need more fuel with this turbo..

Great choice! You will not regret it.
If staying on pump gas I would upgrade to ID1000/walbro 255. If any outlook for E85 in the future maybe asnu 330 or AEM 320<- what I have run for 2 years with 0 issues. For your goals the walbro 450 is more headache than its worth.
Oh you'll be holding 29-30 psi of boost much longer now, I had a stock crushed bypass valve that was not holding past 27 psi. I had to upgrade to the synapse unit after the dyno tune, I wish I had done it before.
