I have a pair of vice crips and ignoring the literal no space without removing the reservoir, I am pulling up but it isn't budging. One question I had is should I be prying back torwards the cmc and not trying to go up, and is there any magic secret to this or am I just weak?
Alright, for those struggling in the future there's bends for it to latch onto the metal from the bottom side. Up here I was able to clamp my vice grips, and use the edge of the strut tower as a fulcrum to create leverage till I got pass the initial hump then was able to pull it out.
Below you have a bunch of crap in the way, I bent one of the edges of the horshoe clip out out then brute forced it as far up as I could. Took me a bit and a lot of tugging, but it finally came out.
The spring, just pull it all the way back.
Now to figure out how to turn this darn thing 90degrees, my hands are too big lol.
