Do you know if the Super Turbo drones at 75-80 MPH? It looks to be a very similar exhaust system as the T1R Sparrow.

That's what I've heard but I can't confirm because some guy on the GVR4 forums convinced me a cheap HKS Hi-Power was a good idea.....

What about Corsa exhausts? They claim it is drone free.

I have an ETS Quiet for sale for $540 in Indiana if you're interested. Free flowing design, with great sound and performance gains yet quiet enough for the kids/wife life!

I'm actually thinking about getting a Cobb exhaust. I haven't read too many people saying it is too loud or has drone. I have read that the ETS Quiet is louder than the Cobb but they look nearly identical to me.

I was seriously considering this exhaust when I was looking for a civilized cat back, I just went with the T1r because I suspected it would be a little quieter to live with. Would love to hear you opinion if you do get it. Those black tips on the back are very nice.

Edit - I'm referring to the Corsa you mentioned above. Cobb is also a nice option,

I got a great deal on a Cobb catback! Yeah! I first matched it up with a short 3" downpipe and 3" TurboXS HFC. The exhaust is pretty quiet and doesn't drone until about 80 MPH.

I then swapped out the TurboXS HFC for an Ultimate Racing HFC with mini-muffler. It is really quiet at idle and anything up to 3300 RPM. Above that, it does get louder but doesn't drone. At 78 MPH, it actually seems to get a tad quieter where it is louder just above and below that speed.

My phone app says it is 74 db inside the car now at 78 MPH where I was 77 - 78 db with a modified Greddy exhaust and a much larger muffler. For a high-revving engine in an economy car shell, it isn't too bad at all.

I highly recommend the Cobb turbo back exhaust for the older guys like me.
