Wastegate setting gtx3076r
I have an 11 GSR. I just added a GTX3076r with supporting mods. Stock block, 1100 Injectors, ams widemouth, hard IC pipes, test pipe, etc...
my issue is I’m running 0 wastegate duty cycle. But my min boost is 30#.
I’m pretty sure if the installer did not set the pre-load on the actuator. (3 full turns). Before I get under the car to set it, am I going to the base “3 full turns”? Or more? or less?
Any help is greatly appreciated

As mentioned before the tune is set to zero and I’m still seeing 30 lbs. I’m assuming it needs to be turned down.
