Evo X Wagon?

Hi All,

I've been a long time admirer of the Evo (regardless of which iteration VI, VII, VIII, IX, X) and have been following the Evo X debut since the 2005 Tokyo Auto Show (two long years ago...with the rumors of the Concept-X)

I do remember seeing the production of a Evo IX wagon, but as I recall it was produced in limited numbers and only available in Japan.

What's the possibility of us here in the U.S. seeing a Evo X wagon? Or of Mitsubishi even producing one? I can't remember hearing the slightest mention of it.
I'm just a space monger so I'd love to have performance & space. Plus the supposed handling bonus that the wagon setup gives due to body rigidity.

Cheers!

We can only hope that they will give us the sportback version of the Evo X. I have had my WRX wagon since '02 and when I added the IX to the garage, I wished that it was a wagon as well, but you take what you can get. I actually sold the IX recently and kept the '02 WRX wagon. (I needed a truck to haul the bike). I hope to replace the WRX some day with a sportback version of the Evo X.

There probably won't be an Evo X sportback. However, there will be a RalliArt sportback.
