Does anyone know if there will be a spoiler deletion option? Is the drunk different from the base lancer or different material?

I preordered mine on Monday. You can get one without the spoiler, but you can't get the HID headlights or the 650W system that way. The SSS package ($2000) gives you the spoiler, sight (HID) and sound (650 watt ) system. It comes from the factory like that. So if your good without all 3, go for it.

I personally wanted to go spoilerless as well, but I wanted the better headlights and the nasty system, so I got the SSS package. It didn't help that my dealer only had GSR's coming in and all of the them had the SSS package.

I"m going to try and swap my spoiler out with somebody who drives a lancer GTS in graphite grey. I like that look better than the large wing myself.

 

My understanding is that if do not order the sss package you get a smaller base spoiler.

From what I've seen thus far, the majority come with the SSS package.

 

there's also a rear lip spoiler available as an accessory




Not sure what the dealer does about the holes from the GTS spoiler though

 

i don't believe that the spoiler is connected to the top side of the trunk, rather it wraps around and connects under it. but don't quote me on that.
