I didn't try. I thought it was useless to try. That's the battery right there and the washer resevior. And maybe the top part of the gas tank too?? I dunno.

I love the advanced Gauge cluster Mitsu decided to upgrade to. It's about damn time.

 

Trunk space has really gone down though. Not sure Ill be able to get my golf clubs in anymore, or a dead body.

 

Yes, the trunk is small. Also the car really stinks inside. I remembered
the earlier evos did not stink this much when new.

 

Notice the pressed metal arms and subframes on the suspension a bit of cost saving going on there. Must be too many accountants in the design office

 

I'm not a golfer, but I think you could fit a golf bag in there.

I didn't notice a smell. It smells like other new Mitsubishis. Maybe I'm just used to it.

And I just noticed that rear control arm on my car is alum, and not pressed metal like you said.
