Just called Brad Benson and asked the sales person for and estimate date on the X’s arrival, he said 2 months. I asked again, the Evolution EVO 10 not 11. He said yes 2 months.
I said, why so long. He said, they yet to export them to the US.

I’m assuming that Brad Benson will only be getting MR’s, or he’s pissing in my hand and telling me it’s raining

Go to Bell Mitsubishi! They are garunteeing shipment in february! I just put a deposit on mine, and is 100% garunteed next month. Talk to Mike Mike Motasis, he's the general sales manager and cool guy. Tell him Paul sent you, maybe he'll give you a good deal

 

Just came from Central Ave. Mitsubishi and they said that they will be getting them in a couple weeks.....its funny though how everyone in the dealership was just sitting in one area just chilling. Mitsubishi is making no $$ since the IX's went away.

 

Im sure this has a lot less to do with the IX's, which wasn't a very good selling car anyway, and the fact that the economy is in shambles. I think the Evo VIII and IX sales didnt even come close to the old base lancer, which was fugly as hell. We wont know any of this for sure though until the quarterly report comes out. For 2007, Mitsubishi sold ~129k cars world wide. Guess how many of those were Evo's.

Anyone know how the base lancer sales for Q4 were? That should be some indicator for the success of the body. I know I haven't seen hardly any out here.

I saw a silver Evo X parked at a hotel in State College, PA this past weekend. No idea where the guy was from but I'm pretty sure it had PA plates on it.

I almost shunned it off as a Lancer but that bull shark nose proved otherwise. I pulled in for a quick look and it was damn nice, silver with black wheels. I think the new body might be growing on me slowly...

I just called brad benson they got 3 evos gray, blue and red. I am going there after work to test drive the car and maybe buy one.
