I am going to be adding some Aux Driving Light (Very High Beam) HID's, I want to know what is the best way to access the fog light area to mount them just inside of and next to the fogs ???

well, the way to access that area to change teh fog light bulbs is through the wheel liners... what you do is turn the wheel for clearance, remove a couple of clips, and pull the liner back to expose the backside of the fog....
Other method would be to remove the bumper all-together... so youre adding lights next to the fog lights?
