Wow! Awesome read.

...but it looks like there's room for fear for Evo X owners. Nothing is serviceable? They want info on what failed? It's seems like they don't even know....

Actually it doesn't concern me at all. Some might see it as Mitsubishi using it's customers as R&D but I don't let it bother me. It's just them making a real effort to make sure the new Evo is the best possible. Nothing wrong with that as far as I'm concerned.

Nothing? It just says the TC SST isn't serviceable(and even that is just for the first couple years, everything else is normal.

That is a +1 idea. Is there anyone here who has access to the TSB's to post them all? Please...

Everyone who commented on the rattle:

You may not have noticed, it says when the transmission is in Neutral there may be rattleing. The owners manual recomends going into neutral if you are going to be stopped for longer than a short time because the tranmission leaves 1st gear slightly engaged while slipping the clutch on the 1,3,5 input shaft to give you creep function ultra slow speed driving like pulling into a parking space using the brake to modulate speed.

Great... would you mind posting the most current TSB's for everyone if you have a chance? With all the threads going around about Fuel in Oil, Overly Rich AFR's, etc... I'm sure this would be appreciated by a great number of forum members... thanks in advance!
