GA,SC,FL,NC,TN evo x deliveries??
That's nice to know. I would not buy one from them though. They are known for markups and such. I was considering going down there to take a look at them but I have all but talked myself out of an Evo X. I am really considering something more luxurious for the money(A3,135i,A4,G37,IS350,R32). It may not be as fast or handle as well as the Evo but I am not the sporting driver I used to be(meaning I am getting old).
Found a dealer in the Southeast that will sell under MSRP. They will sell for Invoice + $1000. They are very nice there and will do what it takes to earn your business. Griffin Mitsubishi in Rock Hill SC. I picked up my Octane Blue SSS car today from them. The have one Red Evo X left, but expect to get more in. The can possibly get a car from another dealer if people are interested. Ask for Devon or the Sales Manager Clem Miller and tell them Brian sent you and they will hook you up.

he would have to dealer trade his if he wants another. It is highly unlikely that any dealer arround will give up their Evo's now that they finially got them.
Every dealer I talked to around here wouldnt sell for under MSRP. Some wanted over MSRP. But nobody is moving them at these prices. Everybody wants them that cant afford them, and the people that can afford them are far to educated or money conscious to pay MSRP (me for example).
I found a dealer that worked with me and got a great deal and a great trade value on my Tacoma. No hassles and BS from this dealer at all. I pratically bought the thing over the phone. Was only at the dealership for about an hour, most of that was BSing with the guys there.
On the other end of the spectrum, I almost got in an altercation wth one of the Sales Managers at one of the dealers he was such an arrogant ***. Anyhow enough with the negative and on with the positive.
I got my X at a good price, virtually the same as I could have gotten from West coast if you include the price of airline ticket or shipping the car out here and I didnt have to wait two weeks for it and hope it was going to arrive safely. I was very close to just buying from Lewisville Mitsubishi, or South Coast or Poway. Lewisville Mitsubishi in TX is also a good dealer, he will beat any advertised deal. He was very nice, and almost had a sale.
I have a feeling the gauging of prices will diminish much faster than the Mitsu dealers around here are planning on.
