Drove an Evo X tonight

Was in Baton Rouge and did it just for kicks.
Theres no way I want a 35k car right now.

BUT DAMN!!!!!!!!!

Mitsu did it right with the X.

It blows the MS3 and STi right out of the water.

The handling is the most impressive part. I was hugging a very tight corner with my thumb.... it does not break loose.

Driving the car, I could not seem to get this stupid ear to ear grin off my face, I even started the paperwork for it but then had the reality check of "HEY DUMBASS!!!! THIS IS A $34,000 DOLLAR CAR! STOP!!!"

Yeah I was kind of pissed when I saw the sticker price. I was told by "many" people that the sticker was going to be 29k. I know it's only a couple thousand more but thats more $ that could of gone to mods. Not to mention that the dealerships around here suck and they don't like to move off of sticker price.

But congrats to whomever gets an Evo X

The Mitsu dealer here is under new ownership...
They offered me the car for $31,000
Silver Evo X LOADED.

Its tempting.... but still too much money right now.

I dont want to spend more than $20-$25k

The clutch has the smoothest engagegment of any car I have EVER driven.
Turbo lag feels almost non existent. Whe it boosts, you know it, but it dont violently let you know it.
I'd give the car a 9/10.
It looses points becuase the tires make alot of road noise, and the instrument cluster is a little bright on the eyes.

Isn't there a control for adjusting the brightness of the instrument cluster? Most cars I have experience with have this feature and I would think this car does but I dunno. Anyone?
