Are the back seats leather in the MR?
Do the MR seats have Plastic Backs like the VIII and IX?
What about the Door Trim...any differences?

 

Door trim has black plastic stuff, instead of faux CF plastic, as well as alcantra & leather. I believe the bench seat is leather w/alcantra. Don't know about the plastic.

 

Instead of the geometric print on the dash/door trim you receive the phantom black trim. Suede and leather for the seating and thats about wraps it up?

 

Does the MR seat also feature staples on foam?

 

Yeah the stapes that are coming undone as your 110 pound girlfriend gently rests on the seat, yeah I'm sure Mitsubishi will throws those on the MR too! I remember hearing people making fun of Japanese quality, it looks like Mitsubishi really broke the mold with this car!

Don't worry his car is having issues as well, the seats I can deal with, the paint even but the gas pedal thing has me a little worried. Overall both manufactures have quality issue's. Mitsubishi isn't in the right place to be having these issues although!
