:crap: Not to happy camper
Lemon law is state dependent. Here in MN if you bring a car in 4 or more times for the same problem in a 2 year span and it still is not fixed, or if the dealership cannot fix the car after working on it for 30 days, it can be considered a lemon.
I was hesitent to get a Mitsubishi after owning Hondas for the past 12 years, and I'm not getting a warm fuzzy right now about this car...
Well, wild idle fluctations and having the engine die for no appearent reason is just unacceptable for a new car, but crazy for one that costs as much as the Evo does...

I need some advice from you guys.
my cel came one once again this is the second time that this has happened and every time is when i first turn it on. I have take the car to the dealer to get the new re flush 2 times since there has been updates and now it came up again. Does my Mitsu dealer know wtf hes doing? Or is it just glitches in the programming of the cpu.
I hope that it is not just my car that is doing this.
Any advice or recommendations would be appreciated.

Man, now I am really upset!
I unplugged the battery last week when my CEL came on for the second time, after the dealer reflashed it the first time, and the light stayed off for a few days.
Yesterday, when I was leaving from work, the CEL came on again. One thing my dad pointed out about the car is that it always seemed to start sluggishly. I figured it was normal. But when the CEL came on, it barely wanted to start. When I got home, I called the dealer and they said bring it in the next day.
So, today I go to start it, and it turns over once or twice, and then all I get is the starter clicking!!!!!!! I had to bump start my NEW CAR!!! Its at the dealer now. How frustrating!!!!!
Bah!
