i actually dont drive much because i work a lot and i work close to my house....
airplanes dont build themselves you know

i think the problem is you drive to much.....
12,000 a year is averge

12000 miles is what the epa considers to be the average, i doubt thats actually the average. much like the government says inflation only increases 2% a year.

any of us that live in CA know better at least. i roughly drive 3000 miles a month, and thats just to and from work.

so i gotta say being at 12200 with two weeks to go before i can claim 4 month ownership isnt that bad.

but yes, ive had fun with my car, i get to drive canyons to work. so i can have as much or as little fun as i want to and from work.

I think lot of people use their EVO X as a track day car or a weekend driver. That's probably why you see low miles. And Gas is $4.74 in LA today. It's too expensive to go anywhere.

ive been paying between 4.80 and 4.94 depending on where i get gas.

and

silverbullet -
at my 3k a month rate, ill be at 72k in 2 years.

my 8 had 130k miles when i sold it, i had it for 3 years.
anyone who is stateside and has 10k currently has done it in 3 and half months
