Just buy one here in Arkansas, and pay invoice.

No one here appreciates "d'em foreign carz" --- that's why I'm on Evo #2.

Can anyone confirm if south coast has sold the most x's of dealerships in the US? I know they are great people there and have the best price on the gsr currently. I would wait till you hear from them as driving 6 hours or more even is worth saving 5k IMO

When the GSR came out it was going for above MSRP. A dealership by me was charging a 10k 'market adjustment'. Stopped by a few weeks ago and still had a 2k mark up. Thats why I went with Sam at socal. Something like 4k off!

last time when I was a South coast Mitsubishi, the salesman told me they had 88 deposit, and they were getting 44 cars on their first delivery. That probably is the reason for the mark up.

I guess if you wait long enough they will be sold at a bargain like the GSR. Don't know if the evo x is a good seller, when you walked into a dealer and the salesman tell you he has over 150 GSR parked in the rear parking lot, plus the 20-30 car in the front. Is that a selling strategy, or telling you that you can low ball him and help reduce the huge number of stock by 1.

If the skyline was not going to be markep up to 100K, I would get that instead.

So I trusted her call on the 3500 above msrp
WTF does a car broker do anyway? Make a few cold calls to a different dealers, and charge u 500 bucks???? NS the Lexus LX570 is cheap now, that heavy *** SUV gets terrible MPG.

Call Southcoast Mitsu talk to Sam, and be done with it.

The X isn't selling. I'll bet you can get one at invoice the day they hit dealerships.

Why does that matter? Does it make you jealous some of us are 18 with brand new cars?

Because 18-20 year olds tend to not drive their cars in a sane manner, thus making the rest of us mature drivers guilty by association.

Once again.. how can there be a mark-up at SCM when they didn't release their prices? Just look at SCM's track record for previous Evo releases including the X GSR. There will not be a mark-up at SCM, you can get an MR for a reasonable price at SCM once they are out. 100k markup on the new GT-R? Where the hell are you getting these numbers. A friend who wants a GT-R has already confirmed a lot of SoCal Nissan dealerships have offered him the vehicle with Deposit + 15-20k markup.

Certain autobrokers can be good people and that's great your broker is a family friend but do some homework and try to find yourself the best deals.

79K plus 20k mark up is almost 100K for a nissan in my book.
That is still a sweet car.

Yeah, waiting 4 month is good idea, but you know: I WANT IT NOW.

SC mitsu said they are expecting their first delivery on the 5th, will swing by to see what kind of deal I can strike. Will report to you people.
