Whats cool about the dealer near me is when I took it there to ask what the clicking was. They told me they could not hear it. I even wrote on the paper I could replicate it. They didn't ask me too after they found nothing. So they said I was crazy and told me to go home. I am glad it's normal, that answer would have worked much better than, "nope nothing".

i thought it just had something to do with the start up. never concerned me. my srt-4 used to take a few extra cranks to get started in warmer weather when there we more ethanol in the pump ****. i thought it had something to do with that. guess not.

Yeah the dealer told me the lancers do the same thing. He showed me and he was right.

just throttle value self check they do it every time. Its for the drive by wire throttle. It has to know where the throttle plate is for the computer and it does it by opening the throttle plate all the way and closing it all the way that the computer realizes that the throttle plate is at X value. completely normal. All drive by wire cars do it.
