LOL. I apologize for the repost! MODS if you can delete it! Well Im from Carolina Puerto Rico and these guys are no joke working on cars since toddlers! Obviously P.R. is at sea-level but I guess the reason is P.R. has great mechanics and tuners out there with phenomenal minds!!
