Shaking Hood Japanparts.com

Why does the hood on the Japanparts.com ad shake...? Is the hood supposed to be shaking because of the insane power that the motor produce because of Japanparts.com or is it an accidental annoyence...? Has anyone else noticed this...?

its done intentionally to mimic the car idling.

but how is this in ANY way relevant to the Evo X General forum?
