Please include your REASON for buying the X in addition to your job description. I am interested in mindset. If you have previously posted, please re-post with your reasoning. I am a Network Administrator for one of the largest private companies in my state. I purchased the X for performance, but more for handling. I find it far more capable than any other car in it's price range. The shark-looking exterior is exremely attractive to most people. I call him Jawz and I am complemented on a regular basis. My top 3 reasons for buying: 1 - handling, 2 - looks, 3 - performance.

Before buying the S4, i owned a modified '05 STi. after selling, i missed the car severely! So i wanted another STi, but the '08 was so ugly, that i wondered into the mitsu dealership and two hours later, drove home my evo. I love it because of the handling

Some interesting jobs in here. I don't understand how some of you guys justify buying an expensive Evo X. I make six figures a year and still can't convince myself to trade in my 2001 S2000. I guess I'm just cheap but some of you guys must eat ramen daily to keep your payments.
