So i guess mitsu is gettin out of me wat they want lol.
don't put anything down... just put that 5k into a savings account and try to earn some interest.

I see what you are saying i mean i have some CD accounts already. But if i didnt an would do that and with nothing down i would have a bad monthly payment that would make it not worth having. Almost 500 isnt to bad i think but 700 without adding insurance makes it sound really bad. lol

Yeah, that's what I was thinking, especially with me being under 25, hello overtime just for that insurance!

You should read my profile again. It says EVO X... . I put it up early because thats what I got quoted and it really beat the crap out of all other insurance companies for the coverage I got.

You can hate all day but when it comes down to it you just another guy who likes to talk and show off on forums because you got nothing better to do. So go give yourself a pat on the back mate .

On a lighter note.. I highly suggest going to Anaheim . They hooked it up although I paid a little more than what I expected but I still got one freaking sweet deal. I was treated well and was not sold any bull**** or f'd around with. They were straight up.

If you go, ask for EVAN.

Why put so much down?
Because you don't want to be upside down on a loan.

Once you drive that car off of the lot, it loses value--quite a bit of value.

Well everyone knows that cars are the worst investment to begin with. Its always a high risk.

In fact... I almost got sidewiped by some chick driving a FORD SUV. PISSED ME OFF!!!

there is more to qualifing for an auto loan then a credit score you need at least 6 years of creit history and the payment can't exceed 18% of your gross monthly income...2k a month trying to buy an evo living at home with your parents what a joke who cares how your credit is....I am a car salesman and have been for a few years now....and everyone crying about credit crisis go **** yourself...it's more hype than you think lock in a low apr while you stilll can

How about 0 down but buy gao insurance? Come on now!!! let's say you total your car you will lose all the money you put down if yor vehicle has dropped in value like the suv market. But if you didn't put anything down and have gap and were to total your car the gap insurance covers the balance between your loan and the value minus your deductible and you still have your money in the bank....use a down payment to qualify only if you are smart

I agree with this. If you can afford the car, one should think about the terms and pricing available. Cars will not be cheaper next year and the credit won't be as attractive. Manufacturers will likely reduce production on some models so incentives won't be as big at year end.
