somewhat of a problem
Get a large sign, write in very large letters 'this Mitsubishi dealership does not honor their warranties!' and then go stand, with your newly made sign, in front or their dealership. With the economy in it's current state the likely hood of them wanting to lose even one potential customer is slim. Stick it to em!
or you can go to another mitsu dealership, and if that fails, just tell them to make a service record for it, get a printout of the record (in case they say the next time "well you should have brought it in when you first experienced the problem") and wait for the evo to throw its infamous CEL (roughly about 1-2k miles on it).
Alternatively you can purposely throw the CEL sensor (don't know how exactly to do this) and force em to check it

well ill probably wait to see if something else happens like a cel light but none so far, im just worried if i start to mod it then somthing is gonna screw up and they are gonna point the finger right at me...
