Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.... After waiting over a month for paypal to get my money back, they couldn't!!! This is the message they gave me:

Director7even got my money!!!!! I thought paypal would take care of me, but it looks like sabastian grabbed my cash and ran! Grrrrrrrr

I honestly have found this quite shocking as he used to be big on the NorCalEvo forums as well and then all of a sudden he posts a bunch of for sale stuff and a lot of people get screwed. He seemed like a good guy on there too. Sorry this happened mate.

 

I know his name is on the list, he scammed me about a month and a half ago. I'm just giving you guys an update.

 

paypal doesn't do anything... it just ransfers funds... my boy got scammed out of 1700 for a turbo and all paypal said was sorry we can't do anything...

 

damn! And I thought paypal was the safer way to buy things online. Its sad.

 

Does anyone have his address? I'm going to have my lawyer send him a letter. If anyone does, please email it to me. Otherwise, If everyone who has been scammed by him contacts me and gives me details on the transaction I'm going to hire a private investigator, hunt him down and sue and/or prosecute on behalf of everyone who was robbed.

 

Usually if the person transfers the money from his Paypal to somewhere else leaving nothing in his Paypal account, then Paypal can't do anything about it, sorry to hear what happened

paypal is only safe if you pay with a credit card

you can file a dispute with the credit card company and then paypal is your proof

if you pay with a bank account or a check...one the money is transferred out of their paypal account you are beat
