In my opinion if you bought the car it would almost be like stealing. That is one hell of a deal for $27,500.

my only concern is that the car appears to have been driven "hard" for the 20,000 miles that it has not to mention that there's more than a couple of IX's with less miles .....but overall its a super good deal. I wonder why he traded in all those sets of wheel's instead of just parting them out...

Driven hard or not the car looks clean and the guy had plenty of money to do things right so I am sure he took care of it.

20K miles on a modified '08 with no warranty? I'll pass. For a few grand more you can get a brand new one with 0 miles and an intact warranty.

I was waiting to see this. Yep, its mine. The reason it is so cheap is that I got a good buy bid on the car itself from the dealership-and they located me y new car (The C55). It was driven "hard" like every other evo out there. yes it saw the track (I have pics and vids if you would like). It is a hell of a deal, yes its the stock IC (My plans prior to selling were a Buschur FMIC, Exedy stg II, mega toon, front and rear sways...and that would have been good for me).
Ive already had a coupld guys call me this morning on the car-I can only assume it was a few of you on here-I dont mind, thats why my info is available at the dealer. There are not skeletons on this one-it is a great car, will all the AM and stock parts included.....happy bidding!

Yep- a new one for a few grand more in stock form....the parts void the warranty, and a MBZ dealer doesnt want the chance to explain that to the new buyer.

No, not that bad. Just because a dealer sells a car for a lower price does not mean the previous owner got raped on the trade in.
There are a number of posts about this-but it all boils down to trade difference. (1) I got a check back from trading this and buying the C55, (2) I have no payments/interest on the loan to payoff (3) as a prev link stated, I'm on another site, and was afforded the chance to purchase some great parts at great prices. I cant comment on the drop in price- I do know that this is an odd unit to stock in MN winter for too long...I dont think they are looking for a home run on it (they are afterall an MBZ dealer...they make money on those puppies pretty well ).
I'm on the midwest evo sites, a couple in FL, ect (rockjock on most sites). I also posted a thread here on evom about trading the X for a C55....

FYI-an 08 X GSR ran thru manheim AA with 10k miles and sold for $26xxx plus fees ($300ish)....so a 20k mile unit with mods isnt far off from $275xx.....wholesale to wholesale.

Looks like Exo X's are depreciating faster than IX's.
