Off-Set Help

I'm thinking of buying 18" x 9.5 +12 off-set. They are WORK CR KAIS, but I'm curious if anyone has any experience with such an aggressive off-set? Any rubbing? Thanks!

That offset is going to push the wheels WAY to far out of the wheel well. For a 9.5in wide wheel, I would go with a 22-25 offset and that should line up pretty flush with the edge of the wheel well.

I'm thinking of going with the WORK CR KAIS 18 x 9.5 +20 off-set. I hope there is not too much rolling of the fenders?
