Your input!

This will be my first turbo car. Subaru STI is giving me a hella of a good deal but i preferred the style of the EVO. Would like to know if this is a good deal for an EVO GSR/SSS for $36789.89 OTD. Thanks.

You could probably get one for 4 to 5 g's less. But with Tax, Title, and Registration that doesn't seem that bad. That is if that is what you mean by OTD, then it looks like a good deal. Go for it and ENJOY!!!!

Your best bet is to quote the price prior to TTL. There is no way to say an OTD price is good or bad because taxes vary from state to state.

That is not a good price. I got my GSR w/ SSS, Aero, ISP, wheel locks for 31,750 before taxes. My deal might be a little rare but it just goes to show that many dealers aren't facing the reality of market conditions.

you should be looking at around 32-32.5K before ttl

so you definitely have thousands to go, dont do it until they drop their pants, you have the upper hand

I really loved my 05 sti that I had to sell, when I was ready to purchase again I drove the 08 sti twice. They were offering me a smoking deal, before making a decision I had to drive a evo x.I drove a gsr model and within a few minutes in the evo I knew that this was the car.

The dealership made the mistake of telling me that they had not been selling cars..2 days before (saturday) they didnt sell 1 car. It also helped we bought 2 cars same day.

If that price includes aero kit then it's good since MSRP would put it at roughly $38,000, so you're getting it $4000 under. If you are just getting the SSS without aero then I think you can go lower. It never hurts going for a lower price, but even if you get $1000 more off that's $20 less a month, so if they don't budge I'd take the deal.
